Do you take credit/debit cards?

Yes. We take all forms of payment- credit, debit, and cash.

 

How long in advance should I order donuts?

The earlier the better. We have donuts in-store daily, but they go fast, especially on busy days. We ask that you order your donuts at least 24-48 hours in advance. This will guarantee that you get exactly what you want.

 

How do the custom and specialty donuts work?

We have our specialty donuts (unicorn, mermaid, superhero, bacon, m&m, s’mores, strawberry, etc.) in store every day, but we recommend placing an order if you want to guarantee that you will get what you want.

 

How can I place an order for the alphabet donuts?

To place an alphabet donut order, or “HAPPY BIRTHDAY” order, please call us at 817-370-9863, or message us through Instagram @Dalesdonutshulen.

For custom and specialty orders, we ask that you order as early as possible so that we have enough preparation time.  

 

How long do donuts last and when should I pick up my order?

Donuts are best eaten within the day of purchasing them. You should pick up your order on the day of the event, or if not possible, latest time (noon) on the day before. Donuts should be kept at room temperature for optimal taste. 

 

Other than donuts, what other items do you have?

We have an assortment of sausage rolls, breakfast burritos, danishes, muffins, sodas, juices, milks, and coffee.

Is the location on Camp Bowie the same thing?

No. The Dales Donuts on Camp Bowie is owned and operated completely separately from us and we are not related in any way.
